Working out with a group is arguably the most enjoyable and motivational way to exercise, and we have a range of classes for beginners and technique/taster sessions for you to try before you attend a full session. All our instructors are happy to give advice and support, before, during and after each session.

The classes are very popular, illustrating that more and more people are enjoying the positive benefits of such exercise.

In order to give all members equal opportunity of booking in to the class of their choice, please note the following:

  • Please book your place via the online booking system
  • Please do not enter a class before or after it has started, without prior consent
  • If you have booked in for a class and you are unable to attend we ask that you cancel yourself via the online booking system by midday.
